Every strand laid at a purpose

Continuous E-glass roving is wound helically over a mandrel and locked in a thermoset epoxy matrix. The wind angle carries the load; the polished bore does the work. Drag the tube to inspect it.

03 · Composite vs Steel

Every advantage, engineered in.

Filament wound composite doesn't just replace steel, it outperforms it on the metrics that drive lifecycle cost. Lighter, corrosion-proof, self-lubricating and non-magnetic.
